Ronald Polli – President, Board Member and Founder
Ronald Polli founded Aero Fresca Inc., an innovative indoor and outdoor air purification technology company. Ron is a seasoned entrepreneur whose journey began in high school with his first foray into business ownership. In 1982, armed with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Ron ventured into the security industry, where he honed his skills and built a robust sales force for Sears Security Systems throughout the Northeastern region.
His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish and successfully grow and sell three Burglar/Fire Alarm companies, demonstrating his prowess for business development and strategic management. In 1987, recognizing the potential of the recently deregulated telecom industry, Ron co-founded Polar Communications Corp, which swiftly burgeoned from a basement startup to a revenue-generating powerhouse, reaching over $24 million in annual revenue within three years.
As President of Polar Communications Corp and its spin-off, Digital Technologies Inc, once again Ron navigated the challenges of a startup, building from scratch, the second-largest private payphone company in New Jersey. His leadership extended beyond his companies, as he served as the President of the New Jersey Pay Phone Owners Association and held a seat on the Board of the American Public Communications Council, advocating before the US Senate hearings for payphone operators nationwide.
In the evenings, Ron continued his education, taking classes at the local Dale Carnegie school where his classmates bestowed upon him their highest honor.
With a track record of developing revenue models that have propelled companies like Sprint, MCI, and AT&T to unprecedented success, Ron has established himself as a leading authority in the telecommunications industry. His innovative strategies have not only generated millions in revenue but have also positioned these companies as industry leaders in public communications.
Ron’s expertise extends beyond the boardroom, as he has a knack for effectively communicating his concepts to diverse audiences. Whether speaking at trade shows, conferences, or industry events, Ron has captivated and inspired attendees with his insights and expertise. His dynamic presentations have drawn crowds of up to 2000, earning him a reputation as a compelling and engaging public speaker.
Ron’s innovative spirit has consistently driven him to introduce groundbreaking technologies to the residential and small business sectors. Among his notable contributions is the development of a residential Least Cost Routing device, revolutionizing communication efficiency and cost-effectiveness for consumers. Despite the shifting technological landscape, Ron’s adaptability and foresight remained steadfast.
Transitioning seamlessly into new endeavors, Ron embarked on the development of strategies for innovative technologies, such as an oil recovery system designed for low-producing wells. This venture marked the beginning of a highly successful collaboration with Peter Dakuras, leveraging Ron’s strategic acumen and Peter’s industry expertise. With the successful sale of the oil recovery system to a large oil producer, Ron’s entrepreneurial journey took yet another turn.
Recognizing the burgeoning potential of Internet audio/video content distribution, Ron ventured into this evolving domain. Embracing the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital era, he applied his visionary approach and business acumen to navigate the dynamic landscape of online media distribution.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Ron finds fulfillment in his enduring marriage of over 40 years and resides in Palm Coast, Florida, with his wife Theresa.
Peter Dakuras – Founder, Board Member and Advisor
Peter Dakuras embarked on a remarkable journey that traversed military service, law enforcement, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Enlisting in the Navy straight out of high school, Peter spent four years on the first nuclear-powered surface vessel, where he rose to the rank of Bosun. Upon completing his service, he returned to Chicago, where he married, started a family, and joined the Chicago Police Force.
Throughout his career in law enforcement, Peter demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication, eventually rising to the rank of Detective/Sergeant. Trusted by his colleagues, he was elected as the President of the Chicago Policeman’s Pension Fund, where he played a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial security of his fellow officers.
After retiring from the Chicago Police Force, Peter was recruited to serve as the Chief of Police for Lake County, Illinois. His tenure was marked by integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to serving the community.
Following his law enforcement career, Peter ventured into entrepreneurship in the newly deregulated payphone business. However, with the advent of mobile phones, he pivoted into the oil recovery business, achieving an impressive 84% success rate in drilling new wells throughout the Midwest. Peter eventually sold his oil company, anticipating a tranquil retirement.
However, retirement took an unexpected turn when Mr. Ron Polli introduced him to a groundbreaking air purification technology. Recognizing its potential, Peter became an early investor and founding partner in Aero Fresca Inc. Today, he serves as an advisor and Board member, leveraging his wealth of experience to guide the company towards success
Beyond his professional achievements, Peter finds joy in his enduring marriage of over 60 years and his role as a loving grandfather to 10 grandchildren. He and his wife split their time between their homes in Chicago and St. Augustine, Florida, embracing the best of both worlds.
Tom Wilson – Board Member, Investment Advisor and Partner

Respected leader and win-win negotiator known for steadfast integrity, dedication, work ethic, and professional conduct. Expert communicator accomplished public speaker, and published author. Passionate and competitive with strong attention to detail, innovative problem-solving, and innate ability to transform concept into reality. He has proven his ability to break ground in tough new markets and business climates and adapt quickly to changing market conditions, emerging trends, and evolving regulations. Especially adept at building strategic partnerships and relationships on a global basis bringing value and successful execution to all partners. Mr. Wilson, as Managing Director of Naviti Management both initiates and supports core competencies on a global basis, capital formation, leadership coaching, real estate development, strategic advisory and global relationship development. Creates value through managing process of capital formation production and instigating catalysts for creation of services to medical tourism hospitals, hotel resort casinos, film studios, health service providers, governmental bodies, and investors. In addition, he develops capitalization plans (SEC Reg D Rule 504 and 506 PPM, IPO, STO, RTO, etc.) for technology and service provider firms worldwide, developing long/short term investment strategies for startups as well as corporate growth capitalization. Plans, and manages new technologies, and multinational workforces including outsourced BPO operations (engineering, marketing, software support, legal, etc.) for clientele; support regulatory compliance and policy development for clients. Develops strategy regarding organizational change management.
As CEO and owner of WanTok Network Limited, transformed a mobile network operator in Vanuatu, operating an 4G LTE mobile network, expanded revenue 400% during his time. Mr. Wilson was responsible for acquiring WanTok’s spectra (Band 28, 40 and others), along with gaining rights for trial of TV White Space for two years. Mr. Wilson strategically developed value added services, mobile apps for mobile pay and voice services.
Mr. Wilson’s achievements in his role as Chief Executive Officer for Teralight LLC, a Dubai UAE based multinational telecommunications network services provider, are clear evidence of his ability to transform tough situations into positive results. Constructed over 11,000 km of fiber networks in Asia and provided network security services to operators worldwide. He drove multi-channel business development and opened new markets in entrenched, change-resistant sectors with high value projects to grow average annual revenues of tens of million dollars annually.
As Chief Executive Officer for SAMENA Telecommunications Council in Dubai, Mr. Wilson was afforded a unique opportunity to hone his skills in industry advocacy. In support of the organization’s mission to represent the interests of some of the world’s largest technology-based firms and telecom operators throughout Europe, South Asia, the Middle East, and Northern Africa. He built a Board of Directors, with ten group CEOs from mobile operators in the SAMENA region. He developed, reformed, influenced and supported critical industry policies; presented on policy issues in a wide range of settings; authored industry-relevant articles; and partnered with trade groups, peer advocacy groups, government regulators, and ministerial bodies throughout the region. He also guided the Council in growing from startup to a sustainable multi-million-dollar annual budget along with gaining over 100+ members.
Prior to these success stories, Mr. Wilson honed his management breadth and depth in a variety of companies and business leadership roles (COO, EVP, MD, Director, and Manager level) at employers including AT&T, Honeywell, TCI, and others. He also served honorably in the United States Air Force. Mr. Wilson obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business Management (Summa Cum Laude) from American Intercontinental University
He also has numerous Executive Leadership certificates regarding entrepreneurialism and capitalization, GenAI and alternative asset investment strategies. His scope of industry leadership is extensive including multiple Board memberships, numerous professional memberships, published works that range from books to white papers, and hundreds of speeches and presentations on industry-critical topics to audiences worldwide. Additionally, he is the author of several books and is a seasoned multinational traveler comfortable with diverse cultures and environments..
Mr. Wilson and his wife Dr. Sophie currently enjoys life in the hills of Southern California.
